Cancellation and Refund Policy
Rescheduling, cancellation, no-show and refund terms for telehealth visits with Dr. Jeremy Goodman.
We hold your visit time just for you, so please give us notice if your plans change.
Payment
Visits are paid when you book. Telehealth visits are cash-pay, and we do not bill insurance.
Cancel or reschedule 24 hours or more ahead
Cancel or reschedule through the patient portal or by emailing jeremy@goodmanlongevity.com at least 24 hours before your visit, and you can move your visit at no charge or receive a full refund.
Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or don’t join your visit, the full visit fee is charged and is not refunded. If you are running late, message us as soon as you can. If we can’t hold your visit, it may be treated as a late cancellation.
If we need to change your visit
If we cancel or reschedule, or a technical problem on our side prevents your visit, you can choose a new time at no charge or a full refund.
If you are not in a licensed state
Telehealth visits can only take place while you are physically located in California, Georgia, Nevada, Washington, Ohio or Kentucky. If you are elsewhere at your visit time, we will help you reschedule for when you are back, without an extra fee.
What your visit fee covers
The visit fee pays for Jeremy Goodman, MD’s evaluation and time. It does not depend on a particular result, a diagnosis or a prescription, so it is not refunded if, after evaluating you, he decides a medication or treatment isn’t appropriate, or recommends in-person care first.
Labs, pharmacy and other providers
Labs, medications and other services from outside providers are billed by those providers and follow their own refund policies.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
