Licensed states

Where will you be during your visit?

You need to be physically located in one of these states. Where you live doesn’t matter; where you are during the call does.

Not for emergencies. If you’re having one, call 911.

How a telehealth visit works

The whole process happens online, from booking your first visit to your follow-ups.

  1. 1

    Check your state.

You need to be physically located in one of the states listed above at the time of your visit.

  2. 2

    Pick a time.

Book an open video visit time online. Same-day times are often available. Your health history and consent forms go through a secure patient portal.

  3. 3

    Bring what you have:

recent labs, a list of medications and supplements, and your questions. If you don’t have labs, that’s fine.

  4. 4

    Meet by secure video.

Use your phone or computer somewhere private. We’ll talk through your history and goals.

  5. 5

    Get your plan.

That might be labs at a lab near you, a prescription sent to a licensed pharmacy if appropriate, or clear advice.

  6. 6

    Follow up.

Follow-ups are by secure video too, $250 each.

Telehealth

What I help with

Pick the topic closest to what’s on your mind. If it’s more than one, that’s normal, and we’ll cover it all at your consult.

Testosterone therapy (TRT)

Evaluation, labs, treatment if it makes sense, and long-term monitoring.

Peptide evaluations

Which peptides have real evidence, which don’t, and whether any fit you.

Sexual health & ED

Erectile dysfunction, low libido and other sexual health concerns.

Men’s health

Lab review, fertility planning and an overall plan for how you want to feel.

What telehealth can’t do

Some problems need a physical exam or in-person treatment. If that’s you, I’ll tell you plainly and help you plan the next step. Telehealth is not for emergencies. If you’re having one, call 911.

Questions

How is this different from an online men’s health service?

It’s built around one doctor. You meet me, a board-certified urologist, by live video at your first consult and at every follow-up. I wrote the protocols I use, I read your labs myself and I don’t mark up medications. If you want a urologist who knows your whole story, that’s what this is for.

Who will I actually see?

Me, Dr. Jeremy Goodman, a board-certified urologist. Your first visit and your follow-ups are one on one by secure video.

How much does a visit cost?

A new telehealth consult is $450 and a telehealth follow-up is $250. Visits are cash-pay, and no insurance is billed.

Which states do you see patients in?

The states listed above under Licensed states. You need to be physically located in one of them during your visit.

Do I have to live in one of those states?

No, but you do have to be physically located in one of them at the time of your visit. If you’re traveling, book for when you’re back in a state where I’m licensed.

Do I need labs before my first visit?

No. If you have recent labs, bring them. If not, I’ll order what you need and we’ll review the results together.

Can you prescribe testosterone by telehealth?

Yes, for patients in California, Georgia, Nevada, Washington, Ohio and Kentucky. Testosterone is a controlled medication, so I follow the federal and state rules that come with it, including proper labs and ongoing monitoring. I prescribe it only when it’s medically appropriate.

Will testosterone affect my fertility?

It can lower sperm production. If you want children now or later, tell me at your first visit so we can plan around it.

Where do my medications come from?

I send prescriptions to a licensed U.S. pharmacy. I don’t mark up medications.

Is my information private?

Yes. Your intake forms, records and video visits are handled in a secure patient portal, not on this website, and I keep your health information confidential as the law requires. The forms on this website aren’t for medical details, so please keep those for your visit. See the Privacy Policy for details.

What if I need an exam in person?

Some things can’t be done over video. If that’s the case, I’ll tell you and help you plan the next step.

Is this for emergencies?

No. If you’re having a medical emergency, call 911.
